According to Trevor in our warehouse I shower too frequently as an office based employee by showering daily, and doing some research indeed he seems to be right that potentially I am showering too often. So how often do YOU shower or bath?

When working once or twice a day now retired far less frequently it will depend upon what I have been doing, however the increase in costs for water energy and purchases such as soaps bathroom sprays, Means I initially started trying to reduce my outgoings and started showering less when possible at that time

Typically only after exercise, unless I'm feeling particularly dirty or I'm staying somewhere. I like to get full value from hotel stays!

Every two days, Hair once a week. Over washing can remove the natural protections of skin and hair, damaging them and making them look more aged. Its why nerds who never wash look so much younger.

My son showers before he goes to the track or the gym and then again when he comes back…. I do occasionally mention I can’t see why.

Funnily enough 9 out of 10 of my bathrooms people replace the bath with a walk in shower.. 🚿
That’s good to know because I’m thinking of doing that in the spring but was worried it would devalue/or make it more difficult to sell my property.

Guess only people with young kids need baths these days?

At least once a day, first thing in the morning.
exceptions are
Again if I am going out in the evening or in the summer if I get hot then twice day.
Same, summer is as often as not a swim in the sea after work to cool off then a rinse to make sure there's no whinnets, dangleberries or tagnuts stuck anywhere 😳

Correct
Or people like my misses that would have a bath every day if I let her!
