Two doors down. And it's open 24 hours. And it's called the Albion. And there is never any trouble.

:drink:

And it is getting warm here.:smokin:

About qurter of a mile down in Newsome village the Welllington not atoo bad pub then there are two others round the corner the Fountain and another which i don't know the name of next to it ot possibly the Victoria hotel up the hill in the opposite direction.

As for drunken rabble only some couple who for the last 2 or 3 friday have had drunken rows up the road has been pretty quiet.

Cuthbert for me which isn't the nicest then the shithole that is the Leconfield Arms. Much nicer to walk across to Southover Street for the best choice of boozers in town.

I'm about 100 yards from The Cleveland, 250 yards from the Preston Park Tavern, and about 350 yards from The Open House.

I'm also about 200 yards from The Stanmer Park Tavern on Fiveways, but we won't mention that.

What's the Cleveland looking like at the moment? I went in there about 2 months ago just after they had DECORATED and it looked like they were trying to go posh. It could work if they got rid of Robbie stumbling around half cut trying to collect glasses.

I like the Roundhill in that area, bit of a walk but always full of young PUSSY.

ps Nice beard this morning, you looked COOL.

I'm about 30 seconds walk from my nearest pub, which I rarely use. The pub I usually drink in is about 2 miles away.

Bit bizarre in the Cleveland. Off-white walls to make it look 'trendy' and minimalist, but all the white-van geezers from the Preston Park Tavern have taken to drinking in there. Robbie's still stumbling though.

Thanks, one like's to try with one's beard. You looked like shit though. Hope the vicar's wife and daughter were worth it.

Watermill is about a five minute walk as is the Windmill, Kings Head is a little further maybe 10 mins. Can't remember the last time I went in any of them.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
I'm about 22 seconds walk from the Quays on Holloway Road.
It's huge. And blue. Inside, the pub is split into 4 sections. A bit like the Crystal Maze. During the day, it's scattered with Irish people staring at horses that run. At night, the many screens show football. On the weekend, it's chockablock with 18 year old tarts who turn up in white limos and the tiniest skirts. It stays open until about 3. The tarts and the short-haired men in white shirts that want to bed them dance to bands who cover Nickelback and U2.
It's an amazing place.

Thatch is about 2 min walk.

Despite moving from Hassocks 6 years ago, I still like going back to the snatch, as I practically used to live in there.

I have about 14 pubs and a nightclub within about 15 mins walk, not bad for a town that can't have anymore than 2500k population with many more pubs in the extended area.

My house is directly opposite the platform of Exmouth railway station. 100 yards through a pathway to the Stand outside the station:drink: :drink:

In my younger days me and some mates rented a house next door to the Rose & Crown in Cuckfield. If we ever ran out of loo roll we used to go in buy a half, and pinch a roll from the gents. Rebels eh?
