I think attitudes vary enormously on this.

Poll to follow, and I'll almost certainly forget an option.

Have no opinions one way or another on Palace tbh...just another football club to me, & cant be bothered with all the rivalry BS.
Will watch the games, go home, & forget about it.

Not the be and all end of all, but think its fair to say there is unfinished business.

The atmosphere is usually a lot more intense which adds to the spectacle, and I like the pantomime rivalries generate, but I can't say I pay much attention to them or it beyond this. But this is the same with all football teams. That said I chose the forthcoming Brighton Palace over a Billy Bragg gig.

I simply don't care. They're just another team in the way of us reaching our goal of survival this season.

Sure they are big games, ones i really want to win, but no bigger than Liverpool, Man U, Man City, Arsenal and Spurs for me.

I dislike all the additional hassle that came into place for the away play off game. Even the staying behind and herded about just makes for a bad experience.

Priority 1: stay up, even if we lose twice to Palace
Priority 2: Beat Palace, above all other teams
Other priorities: null return

For me, since the opening game of the 74/75 season, no other opponent comes close.

The tear ups, the doubles, the heartaches, the piss taking (even more apt now they've got Blue Rinse Hilda in charge!).

There's something about our meetings with them which I've (mostly) enjoyed and always look forward to days in advance of the game. Don't feel the same about any other club.
