luckily no ones voted for it so it doesn't really matter

I seem to recall that there was an extra form for all STH to complete to be included in the AMS. What STH meant was that you didn't to pay the £10. I reckon there could be some STH that aren't AMS if they didn't complete the form.

Mind you, as have been sick as a dog this morning then memory might be failing too. Better be feeling better by tomorrow......
