It's not "sen" nor "chen". The "C" in Spanish is prounced like "TH" in English (th as in think) and "V" like "B" so it's like a few have pointed: Be-then-tay (though the last part would be more like the "te" in "tell"). "Sen" would be in Southamerica not in Spain.

If he was Italian, yes.

But the Spanish pronounce the letter V as a soft B. And the letter C in this context is a soft sounding th, often very difficult to replicate to a native English speaker.

So the closest is, as the Large One and Turienzo's Lovechild have said, is bee-then-tay.
