Tea - Boiling water on the tea bag, stir a bit, squash teabag to side of the mug, dispose of tea bag. Then add the milk WITHOUT a teabag. No sugar.

Hot Choc - Milk in mug, put in microwave for 2 mins or so. Mix in the hot choc powder.

Whack in boiling water and either leave it alone to brew in the mug for 5 mins or stir it about till its really nice and strong. then remove tea bag and add a little milk. needs to be a dark tea colour, too milky and too weak is shit.
