i sit here on nsc, hitting refresh until 5 or 6 sad tossers all post score updates within a few seconds of each other. it's the 21st century version of 'watching' a game on CEEFAX.

You'll wait for 24 hours to see the score as you're not bothered (fair enough), but have posted over 6 thousand times on a Brighton FC forum!?

When you say 'How do you find the score?' do you mean for the Albion or just scores in general? If it's Albion then will either be at game or listening on BBC Sussex for all other scores Livescore.com.
