By now... just gone midnight on the 4th May, absolutely arsed-wrecked, having driven back - no, sorry, floated back - from Hereford.
Bawled my eyes out like a Diva at full-time. They really stung driving home...

Total relief and joy at the same time. I was in Rotherham at my inlaws anxiously watching the tv for the results to flash through. My father in law (a Rotherham fan now deceased) was as anxious as I was, bless him.
We both cheered when the equalising goal flash went up. I then rang my Dad down here to have a natter for ages.

At this precise time it would have been just after 3am where I was living in Canada, i think that I would have been safely tucked up in bed...in an alcohol induced coma after having a few celebratory drinks in a local bar.
