How Can I Buy Away Tickets Online?

Just tried to buy four away tickets for Brentford on line. I actually have three Season Tickets but it will only let me buy one away ticket on my Membership. Am I supposed to log out and then log in again as one of my kids and buy another. Do I then repeat this and hope that somehow if it is allocated seating we might actually be sitting near each other. Surely I am wrong.

When i rang the ticket office the bloke said its one ticket per member. So your best bet is to ring instead tomorrow morning and give the details of all the members over the phone to ensure your all together.

It makes no sense. And it's even worse when the on-line system requires separate log-ins for a family party and the consequent likelihood that the seats won't be next to each other.

I think if you input your friend/family details in the 'friends & family' section when you are logged in then you can buy tickets for everyone in one transaction. However you need your friend/relation to log in initially themselves and confirm it's ok for you to have their details. I've tried to set my friends up but not actually bought any tickets yet using this method so can't be certain that it works!

We done ours by phone, one phone call & got 5 tickets, easy

I did a postal and asked for 1 x adult and 1 x child and got one adult ticket but not charged.............

The club makes no money at all from away league matches, so not a valid point.

And as for the other comments, I agree, it is inconvenient, but this is not unusual. If you want to buy tickets for many many clubs, you have to provide membership details for all those who want tickets. It is quite normal, and we need to adapt to the system.

You should try the "England Fans" experience, I assure you, our system is a walk in the park. For England away games you have to provide all membership details, and provide all travel documents in the name of the person who is on the ticket, otherwise you lose your England Fans membership.

But it's not as if there is a coherent system. It is possible to buy a whole wad of tickets for a home game without providing any membership details. Yet for an away game, it's one ticket per member.

I can't see what purpose the away membership scheme plays, when there is no shortage of tickets available.

I understand that you can associate other members with your account to allow you to buy thickets for any/all of them at the same time - but as Al Bion says, they need to give you permission to buy on their behalf in the first instance.

Seems to make sense to me - just a few hoops early doors.

Ordered Brentford ticket online on 28 July and money went from my bank account on 30 July. Initial announcement from club stated we had 1835 SEAT tickets. Club programme for Saturday 8 August announces only terrace tickets available online! Still not arrived in the post - ticket office told me thay would be sent on on 6 August!

Yep.Tried to buy for Brentford online.Put in all my details but system wouldn't accept my "senior" status,and after an hour of trying,I gave it up.

Phoned for my Stockport ticket and it's here.

Think I'll mooch on down to Lyme Regis on Saturday instead......get the bucket and spade out.Much,much easier.
