Mine's doing well.

The mighty Zebras of MSV Duisburg stepped up to the Bundesliga and in their first game - a not unintimidating derby away in front of 75,000 at Dortmund - cheekily nabbed all three points yesterday. They'll still go down, mind. They always do.

If Dortmund hadn't scored late on to make it 3-1, we'd be joint top with, erm, Bayern, rubbing shoulder with Mssrs Ribery, Toni, Schweini et al.

Just started the second half of the season after a break for the Asia Cup. Placed 7th after a disappointing home draw against a team in the relegation zone. No chance of the title, but can still aim for a top four finish.

Real Valladolid yet to kick off the season.

But a superb win for the mighty East Stirlingshire, a first home win for nearly 11 months, after being two down to Dumbarton. Come on the Shire!!

Pauli lost at home to our friends from Koln (first game back in div 2). played well by all accounts and expected to finish mid table.

Smashing performance from the RedBulls who turned over Toronto FC at a canter at the weekend, 3-0 with Juan Pablo Angel on the scoresheet. But the game was MARRED by the fact that the swamp (AKA Giants stadium) now has gridiron lines scribbled all over it because the NFL preseason is about to start. Ho-hum, Red Bulls Park is due to open in 2009 and looks QUALLA.

Like the Albion I think it will be a long hard season for us just to consolidate. If we finish in the top half I'll be ecstatic.
