However, this can still be unfair if say a team is in false position having played and won/drawn weaker teams and may not pick up any more points vs someone who may be in relegation place but they have already played their games against top 10. We (heaven forbid) could be in that situation. After next weekend we will have played four games where 3 teams likely to finish top 10 or better, wheras Villa (cough) have played and beaten two very poor teams (Fulham and Sheff utd)
