I was first aware of the Albion, age 4 around the time of the Cup Final although didn't really understand what was going on. My interest really grew around 1986 and got to my first game when my mum borrowed someones season ticket in the West Stand for the Hull game on 1st November 1986 (statto moment: we won 2-1, Terry Connor 2 goals). The moment I walked into the ground, I was hooked for life.

I was working in Worthing and some of the guys I worked with were going to the Goldstone (RIP) to see the Albion play Wolves.

It was a Wednesday evening, late in the season (I think), towards the end of Mullery's first reign. The stadium was pretty much sold out.

Peter Ward, Grealish, Robinson, Fozzie, Gary Stevens, Gordon Smith, Gerry Ryan (hero) - how could I not support them after that.............and we won 3-0. The rest is history. (and I've seen Man in concert too).

When I was about 4 my dad took me to the Goldstone, with one of my brothers and all his mates who beat up all the way there and back. I remember being in the South but not much else. One of my first memories.

30 years ago my dad took me to the Goldstone for a game against Chesterfield (0 - 0).

Since then none other than the Albion.

My Dad took my brother and I to my first game on the 22/02/1997 at the Goldstone against Swansea, when I was 12. At half I asked if we could go to the remaining home games. And so it continued!

Started getting into football after watching the World Cup in 1990. My Dad supports Brighton so I started going with him and have been hooked ever since. My first season was the play off year and we played Liverpool away in the FA Cup so I could not stop going after that.
