Nothing that I'm aware of.

Nice idea but really could have done with a decent outdoor workout area being included, Brighton really needs a decent outdoor calisthenics area!

Looks really good. The new club house etc for hove bowls club is taking shape, the tennis courts and short tennis courts are being laid. The new gardens are being levelled now and again the walkways are in.

the new skate park and rollerblade tracks are coming along well.

FBS cafe is having a refurb with the toilets etc being done now. The skatepark will be removed when the new one is comissioned and they are extending the children’s play area.

hardly any council money is being spent, most of it £7 million odd is coming from Michael Gove’s levelling up fund and sponsorship monies.

one thing we really do hope is that Lexi’s place ( just by the small fish shack) doesn’t get his too much as the new bowling / sports hub will include cafes etc. luckily for her they haven’t any seats etc with access to the beach so hopefully it won’t impact on her business, although the council have tripled her rent overnight!

I think that was one of the things they are looking to extend by the cafe and pirates paddle pond. There is only a small wooden one at the moment.

Further along towards Brighton I saw the meeting place cafe has been demolished and is being rebuilt when walking past today.

A new area for the graffiti artists to vandalise within days of opening.

I think hove desperately needs some more expensive property. It’s what we all need.

It’s been part funded with some of the government levelling up money. Because Hove seafront was deprived and needed levelling up.
