We need somebody to build from scratch. May as well be him.
Its not easy coming in halfway through a season. He has only brought in had time to bring in two players, one of which is our best player and one our worst!
All you can do coming in that late is batten down the hatches and stop us conceding - which he is done. If the rest of the squad is so underpowered up front we can hardly blame Hughton.

We have lost our last 3 or 4 matches and scored 1 goal in ten hours, how is that bettering down the hatches and what from that set of results makes you think he deserves more time.

So many others manage to turn inherited squads around. He has had almost half a season-that is plenty of time to at least give us some indication that things are improving. They're not! I was disappointed when he was appointed-even more so now.

He has stopped us conceding as our fullbacks don't wander as much. Thats the battening down of hatches. If you brought in Guardiola half way through a season he wouldn't be able to do much with our awful squad. That is not Hughton's fault. He is marginally better than Hyypia but you need to let him have a pre-season and a clear out. If CH goes soon we will become one of those revolving door clubs.
