Spot on suggestion. Breakfast at The Grand is good, but I’d lunch at Cin Cin, go to the AMEX and then have dinner at Etch as you suggest. Nice stroll back along the seafront afterwards as well. That’s a perfect day.

Yes you are right, dinner is best at Etch for the whole experience and cin cin is very nice for lunch. A few drinks before hand and nibbles at fourth and church perhaps...
