Ah man, that's a great shout.
And none of that poncy mayonnaise bollocks.

Ingredients:

  • Water: The base liquid for the emulsion
  • Oil: Usually rapeseed oil
  • Spirit vinegar: Gives salad cream its tangy flavor
    • Egg yolks: Emulsify the oil and water, and give salad cream its creamy texture
    • Sugar: Balances out the vinegar's tang and the lemon juice's acidity
    • Mustard: Can be in powder form
    • Salt: A seasoning
    • Thickener: Such as cornflour or maltodextrin
    • Spices, flavoring, and coloring: Can include riboflavin, guar gum, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, and acesulfame
    • I like mine with some monosodium glutamate, but you can't have everything you want in life.

I love these troll/parody posts. It’s really fun to pretend people don’t have hot crossed buns with jam and clotted cream.

But it’s just trolling and/or severe mental illness which brings people to pretend it isn’t the superior layering in every sense.

People keep falling for it :facepalm:

Sort of food you’d wolf down if you had been doing some graft and were knackered. Definitely has its place.

Fair play. Looks like a decent “I’m starving, what have we got”? meal to me.

Needs to cut the buns in half though. I see hi-viz and port-a-cabin canteen vibes but absolutely no excuse to abandon standards. Surely there was a small gauge angle grinder to hand?

Sort of thing I’d happily consume if I didn’t have an avocado and Flumpus bean frangipan to hand.

I admire your detective work but it’s a swing and a miss. This man is a lorry driver and he had just selected these ingredients at the shop, this was a pre planned snack.
