Horsham FC Planning Application - finally APPROVED

This thread was started in January 2015 when a previous application was rejected. Yesterday in my twitter timeline I saw that a different application had been approved - I added it to this thread (post #24) as I thought it was the most appropriate place to post it.

Thanks for the explanation so a ground share is not needed.

This was obviously referring to long term rather than during the building of the new ground.

Horsham YMCA have already said that they were not prepared to continue with the groundshare after the end of this season, so if planning approval hadn't been granted last night, Horsham would have been in serious trouble.

And one of NSC's finest (a local HDC Councillor) made 'a passionate speech' in favour which changed the mood in the room....
