I fear for my kids chances of getting on the property ladder as I have a friend in his mid 20s who is really struggling to leave home.

We are trying to make provision now to help them but I fear downsizing might be the only way we can help them out.

As i say sussex will be full of 40 somethings living at home - meaning less people will have and raise kids - the unfortunate thing is a lot of teh people having kids are the wrong people to be doing so - the DSS claiming jobless social lepers who get everything on a plate and then passt this knowledge down to their offspring - a drain on society who contribute nothing and get everything - then the hard working people who want kids for having kids not for a flat or a bit of income suppport and benefits can't afford to do it.
