Blimey, I haven't come across anyone using the word "Doris" in that context since Army days (late 70's to mid 80's)! I'm sure that Mrs Saladpack would be outraged to be referred to as such! She certainly hates being introduced to people as "The Wife"- which is of course why I do it! We will have a takeaway some time over Easter but we haven't decided which as yet.

I work with the first ever female RAF fast jet pilot. Her call sign was ‘Doris’. She was also one the fast jet instructors and bloody good pilot too boot.

Slightly cautious about using takeaway/deliveries currently. Cooked a chicken jalfrezi on the bbq tonight. 30 minutes job done and was delicious

The Curry Leaf Cafe curry was pretty good - the dhal was especially nice. Not the biggest portions in the world though

The ROH's Cosi Fan Tutte was bloody excellent however
