Absolute joke if they sack him. He performed a minor miracle in getting them promoted last year... There is no way they should have even been play-off contenders, let alone promoted at the end of it all.

Thing is, given their form since he took over, they wouldn't have been play-off contenders. Granted, he did exceptionally well in the lottery that were the playoffs, but Palace's form either side of them has been dire.

Perhaps this could be the chance to bring Big Mal back for the third time, imagine the furore?

He's probably the only bloke who could keep them up.

This. Terrible form throughout his entire tenure, and shocking dealings in the transfer window. Fuly justified, in my opinion

If that's a joke, it's in very bad taste.

It is a myth that Holloway performed a miracle in getting them up. Palace's promotion was all the more miraculous because they managed in despite their poor form following his appointment...

Agreed. His transfer dealings alone, meaning that two of his summer signings weren't even in his 25 man squad, should have got him the sack by now. Clueless. It's a shame because I was looking forward to them being destroyed by Ozil on Saturday.

I reckon any one of about 4/5 other teams performed a minor miracle by not getting promoted!

His transfer activity has been laughable starting with Gayle and then deteriorating. Mackay and Bruce got it right, they may not stay up, but looks like they are giving it a go and they didn't put virtually an entire squad through the wringer

Normally when a premier league job comes up there is a host of likely candidates who would be interested. In this instance though, I can't think of anyone who would jump at it now that Gus and Steve Maclaren are in a job.
