Because he has not got a club by now his agent must be lowering his salary demands by the day. Once he has realised how little clubs are prepared to pay him and that he is now Championship level at best there may be a deal to done. If we can afford Vicente. . . . .

Me neither. He hasn't been decent since about 2007 and even thats pushing it.

Surely if he was desperate to play he would have asked his agent to lower his wage demands and fix him up with a club ASAP.

Strikes me that he is just out for one last payday. Avoid.
