Terrible decision by Dean (yet again). Glad the Sky pundits have laid in to him so much. That said Jones should be embarrassed for rolling around like a bitch and as usual all the Utd players ran straight to the ref to complain.

Niall Quinn on the other channel has called Sofiane Feghouli's red card a "rank bad decision" and says he is "put off by The Complete And Utter Shyster's arrogance alone".
Just think gents, if we do go up this season we could probably see The Complete And Utter Shyster at the Amex two or three times a season!

Mike Dean allowed a player to knock a yellow card out of his hand, this and this alone tells you all you need to know about his ability to be a referee.

He was off the ground. But 9 out of 10 referees would give a yellow.
Then again, 9 out of 10 referees wouldn't point at a cut on someones leg as reason to justify a red card would they.

Why make championship teams suffer, just retire him.....it's the only way....unless his bosses want to bring the game down to Scottish league level

Ought to be sacked, he lacks the judgement and responsibility that is required of a referee at his level. He deals out straight red cards like he's trying to reach a quota.

He wasn't even looking at the challenge it was the United tart rolling around I think if he was going to book somoene it should have yellow for both players or nothing he ruined the game for the fans and West Ham players with any luck he will be relegated next season and we go up and miss him.

He's hardly seen the incident - he looks straight away from it following the ball and then only looks back when he probably hears Jones yelling and sees him rolling - so then gives a red. Very similar to the Stephens one in that he clearly changes his mind based on player reaction. Not good enough. The WHU guy is a bit late - Jones' challenge delicious in my old fashioned book of tackling btw... But collisions like that happen in football - it's becoming silly now what these refs give cards for.
How old is the shyster? How soon will he be retired?
