Why don't you actually START with Thornton in a game, and then you can actually make a judgement on whether he is match-fit or not, you f***ing CRETIN.

In the one match he did start, he was the best player on the pitch by a country mile (yes, even better than Mints).

Cos maybe if he's not that fit, he's better as an impact sub???

Hard to argue against that theory tonight...

Takes a special kind of person to be that angry half an hour after our first home win of the season :thud:

He was a brilliant impact substitution this evening, but difficult to argue that he should not be in the starting line up. All the time he's on the pitch we look far more likely to score.

I totally agree. Adams seems to be getting his starting eleven wrong week after week. We were DIRE in the first half tonight and Mickey himself seemed to suggest that he got rather lucky with his substitutions. Also, can we please play Cox on the RIGHT and Thornton on the LEFT. We need width.

I think Micky needs to realise that we are better off starting fast out the blocks and going for a win regardless of the opposition.

We shouldnt be afraid of anyone, so just try and win, no matter what players a team has, or what formation they play with.

We seem to be playing to contain the other team, keep it tight, and hit on the break. Why not just go after them, get a goal or two and hold on??

Instead of just waiting to see if we keep a clean sheet for an hour before start thinking about attacking?

Which is what we did after signing BZ all those years ago.

Such a shame that Millwall is Thorntons last game. Johnson and Thornton were class act together.
I really hope we can extend Thorntons loan deal and start playing our best 11.
The faith is back, 3 points against Millwall :ascarf:
