Prince Charles hit all the right notes speaking on behalf of the world in tribute to Her Majesty. The light show onto Buckingham Palace is epic.

For anyone who missed this classic...
It must be a nigh on impossible task to try and put a show together that can relate to as wide an audience as this is targeted at. Grannies, gammons, parents and their kids, teenagers etc etc, whilst at the same time trying to reflect 70 years of Liz and the changing world around her! Old crooners, opera, mainstream pop, modern urban culture and so on. Impossible to please everybody to the enth degree, but an amazing effort by ALL those involved.
But I can say this confidently from afar……….nobody, but NOBODY, puts on a show like the Brits do. Whether it is pomp and ceremony, or all inclusive music and visual events, the UK has no equal. From unstinting preparation and attention to detail, the use of technical innovation to produce stunning visuals, to the luck of having some of the most stunning backdrops in the world, London is head and shoulders above the rest of the world.
