Blimey. He obviously hasn't been talking to Sidwell.

Henderson making hints that he may be up for joining the Super Stripes permanently too! He's young & if he becomes available I say we take a punt.

Interesting to say it's nice to be wanted... exactly what Leon said - Coppell must know how to treat his players

Henderson to stay?

I think the feeling of being wanted goes way beyond just Steve Coppell-the whole ethos of the club has changed since Micky Adams arrived. His legacy will be long term and full credit to his successors for maintaining the 'spirit'. It seems to permeate all parts of the club.................

Plus of course we've played our part too!

Ain't it good being an Albion fan?

It can't be just down to Adams though, he left nearly two years ago and people are still talking about it. There must be other personalities. I suspect that a lot of the team spirit is down to Bob Booker and certain of the players, especially Charlie, but some of the others as well.

Yet to be convinced by Henderson. Would like to see more from him before any possibility of signing him.

I think he had a great first half on Monday night - but ran out of steam....certainly a load of potential and something to build on in the future - I'd be pleased if he was signed...

At work - probably
He's got good control, lays the ball off well and is good in the air I agree about the lack of fitness - needs a few more games with Leon to form a genuine understanding. I would still like to see McPhee given a go.

I wasnt convinced at all on Monday, hopefully it is a fitness issue cos he looked a lazy sod!

I really want Mcphee to be given a chance though, hes young and more importantly came through our youth setup.

Definitely deserves more of a chance, and it wouldn't be a bad thing to extend the loan to something more substantial but on Monday, some of his distribution was awful, he got caught offside a lot... and then delivered the killer header for Knight.

My jury is out but he deserves more time

im prepared to allow for offsides, clumsiness etc if he keep disrupting the defence for little leon and seting up goals.

the fact is, he's a bloody nuisance- just the type of thing we need.

Happy to extend the loan by another month or two.

Then if things click, sign him up!

(What a difference to 12 months ago, when no one decent wanted to come to us!!!)

We were also a division higher so you would have expected the opposite to be true.

contract up at the end of the year, cant see Pardew(tosser) using hi much unless as he says for injury's, I would like to see how he does over the next couple of games then decide wheteher or not to extend his loan. In fact extending it anyway would help McPhee as he'll have to fight for a 1st team start which could benefit him in the long run.

I wasn't impressed Monday. Seemed to spend all the first half trying clever litlle flicks and lay-offs, but they all went to QPR defenders.
