This sort of arguement is endemic of the way football has moved on in the last 10 years.

Back then you had a FIRST choice keeper who was generally an experienced pro and a SECOND choice who was coming up through the ranks and knew that he had to sit on the bench and wait his turn.

Like everything in life no one is prepared to wait anymore, both keepers are only slightly better than average which compounds the problem as in turn they have made an equal amount of mistakes giving ammunition to each keeper and their respective supporters.

One of the only failings of our youth policy over the past 5 years is that we have not really had a keeper that was good enough to come through and wait for his chance, likewise we havent signed anyone on a permanent deal keeper wise that would be 'ome for the future' Henderson came here expecting first team football which was always going to be a problem.

If he wants to go then fine, with a better defense around him in the CCC he may become a better player, but its the howlers and lack of positional sense that is unlikely to make him a first choice week in week out at that level.

Why I do not have any problems saying this, he is vastly overrated, lost us games, is a spoilt kid when someone nicks his No 1 jersey and has shown no loyalty to the club or fans, in short he is a cock

Just like FDM then...except FDM isn't a kid so isn't going to Ýmprove.

As for your 2 clean sheets rubbish...... you have no idea have you!!! It's called ' form'... which by the way has nothing to do with things to fill-in.

Form comes and goes... for example remember FDMs dip in form in the Championship.... shoudl we sack a player when his form goes down... no... give him a rest.... NOT WRITE HIM OFF AS A USELESS WASTE OF SPACE...!!!

So what about Boston they didnt want to pay for him either and at the time Hull were paying money for everyone they had enough to entice Nick Barmby there

Thanks for kind of awnsering for me.

Perhaps they had spunked most of their budget on these players?

As for Boston? :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: They have even less money than us. :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

the title of this thread says everything that you need to know about why Henderson is unhappy here. Sure being dropped would have hurt but the support of the people that are meant to support you would encourage you to win back your place.

Sadly the very vocal minority made here mind up ages ago and decided to boo and generally take the piss out of a very promising young keeper. He will go on to be a very good keeper and expect him to be in the premiership in a few years while we will be where...

Your right you have to give them a rest, but you dont expect them to throw the toys out the pram at every opportunity. This bloke obviously has no time for the club and thats why many fans dislike him.

I know Boston have less money than us but what im getting at is Kuipers was on the transfer list for a while and nobody came in for him or if they did when they were informed we wanted a fee the interest cooled

He did, and by all accounts was promised first team football ahead of FDM.

And we wonder WHY there is a problem :shootself

Its certainly a possibility, too many young keepers have just drifted away, bloody Will Packham was probably the last 'reserve' keeper that came through the ranks with a chance and look what happened to him !

Won't that be the way when Henderson goes though, Kuipers as number one with Sullivan and Martin (who are both good young keepers, not Chris Mays) as understudies.

I can see Kuipers being injured and one of our 12 year old reserve keepers being blamed for our relegation
