Exactly my thoughts on the matter. If it wasn't deliberate then surely the natural reaction to realising that you'd just stepped on someone's leg by accident would be to turn and say "oh shit, sorry mate", wouldn't it? His demeanour after the incident was as if nothing had happened. I don't believe he wouldn't have realised that he'd trodden on the guys' leg...

Not looking good. Bugger; he's been playing really well.

Yeah but when your playing a competitive match like that and you do miss time a challenge or accidentally lightly tread on his leggyweggy, you don't give him a cuddle, you think never mind it's just one of those things.

Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Tomer Hemed, freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Tomer Hemed.

I'll wager a full 17p that after 89 minutes of stalemate v Arsenal we get a comedy penalty decision.

Up steps deadball specialist...

But Barton's stamp, after he'd already fouled Kayal and was rushing to get the ball to give to Kayal, was an accident

Hmm. Yep, I get it's professional sport, but I still think some sort of reaction, even fleeting, would be normal.

Anyway, let's hope others step up to score - Gross, Jose, Izzy, Solly, AK, even possibly Murray if he's fit can all score...

UTA!

I'm sure I read somewhere that Hemed wasn't up to the required standard anyway??

We're clearly ****ed as the FA are useless when it comes to us. Remember Murphy's red when he clearly slipped but was upheld, the obvious Stephen's one. Hemed has, unfortunately, already been banged up. Probably mentioned somewhere but haven't seen it but if we appeal is he available for Sunday?

Maybe there should be a flurry of FB posts / tweets to the FA with Bartons stamp on Kayal and a gentle reminder that they deemed that accidental and didn't ban him so how can they find this accidental incident worthy of a ban?

If joey Barton had been banned for his stamp, we possibly would've been in the premier league last season. That was so 100% clearly intentional how the **** has Hemed been banned for this. Absurd.

Got a link and instructions on how to do this for someone who's not very computer savvy?
