Naylor seems to suggest that it hasn't gone to panel yet.
That was my impression too, it's obviously just a horrendously written article.

Dunno. But the FAs own wording says that a charge only follows a review and a unanimous decision.
Exactly my thoughts on the matter. If it wasn't deliberate then surely the natural reaction to realising that you'd just stepped on someone's leg by accident would be to turn and say "oh shit, sorry mate", wouldn't it? His demeanour after the incident was as if nothing had happened. I don't believe he wouldn't have realised that he'd trodden on the guys' leg...
Not looking good. Bugger; he's been playing really well.
Yeah but when your playing a competitive match like that and you do miss time a challenge or accidentally lightly tread on his leggyweggy, you don't give him a cuddle, you think never mind it's just one of those things.
Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Tomer Hemed, freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Tomer Hemed.
But Barton's stamp, after he'd already fouled Kayal and was rushing to get the ball to give to Kayal, was an accident
Oh well 2 of the 3 games are away and Mr hemed is woeful away ..... Give Izzy a go need pace away which could be a blessing in disguise

Got a link and instructions on how to do this for someone who's not very computer savvy?Maybe there should be a flurry of FB posts / tweets to the FA with Bartons stamp on Kayal and a gentle reminder that they deemed that accidental and didn't ban him so how can they find this accidental incident worthy of a ban?
But if you're gonna compare one you may as well compare every decision the fa make. Pointless. It ain't personal.A precedent, maybe?
