Help seat change why can they do this!!!!!

Good morning
Can anyone help?
I have had a phone call saying we have moved your seats as we noticed you and your two sons don't seat next to each other.
My seat is right behind my boys seats not a problem 2nd row from the front right on half way line.
We have sat there 3 seasons this is our 4th season.
We I got the seats I paid for a private seat licences for 2 of the seats that they have now moved.
My sons birthday when I got him his seat and was given a framed name and seat number saying this is his seat.
Why has this been done and why do they think they can just move your seat.
By the way I paid for the psl at a cost of £400/500 pound

I am looking in to the issue and may take the matter further.
Any help or input would help and has anyone had the same issue

This sounds outrageous that they have done this without consulting you. It is even more so with psl's as they CANNOT move you
Disgraceful behaviour and someone should be sacked

I was thinking the same I find it hard to believe that you have a time scale to change your seat but they can do it when they feel like it

They left a message on answer phone I have been away and just got back.
They are sending me new cards.
I didn't even have a choice they left a message and all is done

Took 4 posts before sackings were suggested as a reasonable outcome. Surely that has to be some sort of record (unless I've been whooshed, which I'm hoping is the case).

Either way, it does sound like someone has made a mistake, hopefully if you give the club a call they'll be able to sort it out for you, I can't imagine that they'd just say no.

It took me a year to get the psl after they took my money and now have just moved my seat lol

Then they'll probably change the seats back.

Talk to them first before getting all hot under the collar, probably just someone didn't realise your seats were psl and were trying to do the right thing by you.

I'd definitely get the PSL money back as that has been proved a bit of a sham.
