Trying to remember name of fairly recent movie about a fella, wife and daughter that get their car rammed in nowhere USA and three hicks take off and rape then kill the women. Local Sheriff (hugely well known) helps the fella and breaks all the rules as he's dying of cancer so will run down the bad guys regardless of the rules
