Via my Samsung tablet which I don't like using. Left it switched off for 10 min and when I switched back on it said " do not attempt to turn off" As soon as I can use it I will reset it.

Can you press ctrl alt delete and enter task manager, or has it stopped you doing that? If you can, go into processes and see what is running. Sometimes when you get this crap, it stops you getting into task manager, malwarebytes and spybot and stops you downloading them. try this first and we'll take it from there.

You could try booting into safe mode abs roll back to previous system restore point. That will get rida of anything installed since that restore point. Then run malwarebytes and scan the machine. Free version should suffice.

Laptop is flashing ' urgent warning your �� has been infected with stolen pornography phone .........to repair it' I cannot get rid of it and even turning it off it just comes back when restarted. Any ideas of how to stop this please. Before anybody ask I haven't been on any suspicious sights only NSC and bank today.

Can’t help with the problem, but another thing you may want to consider is whether you’ve been to a fake website today and picked up the virus from that.

Now, I don’t know why anyone would go to the trouble of creating a fake NSC, but I am aware that fake bank sites with URLs similar to the real sites are a very real threat. When you have the virus sorted you might want to check the bank URL that you used.
