HELP - Building problem

Does anyone have the phone number of the Poster known as SAMS DAD from saltdean please.

we have a leak of water down inside our rendering and its getting in above the windows!!!

We had broadly the same issue some while back and a builder pal ahd a through look and could not find anything. We put the problem down to perpetual and heavy rain coupled with gusty conditions which meant that the most inconspsicous holes, gaps or crevices were found by the rain being plattered aginst the house at varying angles.

Sams dad repointed the window sill on teh landing window a couple of years ago and that did the trick.....It may need doing again

well it was fine for two years and we have had exceptional weather, so maybe its just bad luck

I have Sams dads mobile number, only problem is it is at home and i am at work, I will PM it to you later on this evening when i get in.

And I do have to add, sams dad is probbably one of the best builders you will come across, he knows his stuff !
