Yep, this is the best way to explain death. When my daughter asked me about what happens when you die, I asked her if she remembers what it was like before she was born and she said no, and I replied it is exactly like that.

Unfortunately when it comes not believing in God, religious folk would say eternal darkness.

My grand daughter is 5 and just recently she keeps asking my wife and I when are you going to heaven.? We dont understand why she should be saying it unless it is as a result of her sister being in Marsden hospital with leukemia
