Stick with NHS ones . They are no doubt digital. Private ones tend to be in the ear rather than behind the ear creating many issues with functionality , wax etc. My son is profoundly deaf so has a cochlear implant and that comes with all the extas if you are that keen. But not sure you would want that level of deafness!
