Hayfever advice?

I never suffered with hay fever as a child but it arrived with gusto when I was 15 and it's still going strong 31 years later. I tried Beconaise Spray and tablets called Triludan Merrill - neither worked.

In the end I was prescribed a nasal spray called Syntaris which worked perfectly but they have discontinued production now so I have had to switch last year to another nasal spray called Rhinocourt Aqua which also seems to do the trick. The only hassle is its in really small bottles so you need about 4-5 to get through the summer season.

As already mentioned have been on the Telfast 180 tabs (x 4 a day) which appears to have helped a lot. I also use Vicks vaporub instead of vaseline before going to bed around my nose, throat and chest and it has helped me get to sleep but the resultant snoring now wakes the wife ... ah well !
