Meopham, Kent.
I've not been a fan of Hawkins, and his inclusion regardless of fitness (especially when it was at the exprense of Lych) was an awful decision from Adams. BUT he had a good game against Hereford ..... although it has to be said that Hereford are the weakest side we will come up against in this division, so I'd have been horrified if they had given him the run around.

did you post that in the heat of the moment, or do you really believe that?

Hawkinks and Virgo appear to be undroppable ( I assume Virgo has it in his contract) therefore Lynch was never going to get a look in.

I for one dont blame him for looking at pastures new....I would in his position

Just for the sake of clarity. Lynch was told he was going to be in the team for a match (Yeovil, away iirc). He told Adams he wasn't interested. Lynch seems to give the impression that he is better than us and has no heart to fight for the cause.

Please send this joker on loan to Lewes or somewhere. He tries hard but Elphick, Lynch, Virgo and ElAbd are all better centre backs than him.

Did you go to the game yesterday? I think he made one mistake, but other than that he didn't put a foot wrong. In fact, we was one of the few players who wanted to take some responsibility in making forward runs from the back. Unfortunately he appears to have become a bit of a scapegoat for the rest of the team's failings.

Lynch asked for a transfer after 3 games - at a time when the defence were looking solid. I personally find this pathetic.
If he had stayed, knuckled down and still wasn't getting a look in then fair enough I would agree with you. But he didn't.

Yes I did.
One mistake!!!!!!
On at least FOUR occasions he lost the player he was meant to be marking. Nothing came of it because Hereford are a very poor team. He was all over the place for a corner but the delivery was bad and it came to nothing. Football is not about just watching the ball.
His performances against Northampton, Leeds and Cheltenham were dire.
