You need someone to take charge of the back 4 and organise them on the pitch. usually it's an old pro, like Guy did last year. They don't have to be old, just a leader and we don't have one in the current back 4.

When that goal went in I couldn't help myself, I just fell about laughing. Sadly it did lead to a period of abject panic - Hawkins usually manages to do the panic thing quite adequately without having to virtually break his own net first
