I don't like moths at all but i wouldn't call it a phobia and sometimes I get a bit worried in a high place but I don't go spazzy or anything. Is there anything that you REALLY can't get on with and start sweating and stuff at the thought of?
Sharks are not a phobia - a phobia is an irrational response. It is perfectly rational to dislike great whites. You could argue that heights are a phobia but falling/crashing is not.
I have many fears, and am therefore the subject of much ridicule from colleagues and mates. In short I'm afraid of heights, flying, wasps & bees, death etc.
