Sat at a table in Cafe Rouge dahn the Marina next to a very depressed looking Ryan Harley and Will Hoskins when they were both in the wilderness, they were both drinking glasses of white wine like it was some kinda dinner date.
P.S. Plus loadsa' rendezvous with the likes of Kerry Mayo and Gary Hart, but don't think that counts because they're part of the furniture around town (or at least OGH was before he went back to his homeland of deepest Essex)

Just up the road from Palmeria Sq in the Crics I walked up to the bar at the same time as King Kenny. Barmaid served me first, you can picture the look on his face

Probably my favourite ever non Albion player. Fantastic footballer in a great team.i would have got the man a drink.

I was having dinner, sat in the window, at Zizzi in town. Who should stand right outside the window but CMS. He was waiting for someone and stood there for about 15 mins. My GF was a bit peeved that I kept staring at him. Also seen Brez in Maplins on London Rd, OGH at Asda Hollingbury petrol station, and Calde strolling along Ship Street.

I saw Ulloa in Asda marina once. With his misses and children so left him to it. Still I think he noticed my silly grin/straight face every other isle!

I've seen Calde at Tesco a couple of times. Never went to say anything to the living legend though, would feel wrong considering he was with his family each time.

When I was about 10 I went round Nicky Rust and Junior McDougald's flat in Hove. I had a packet of beef flavour Hula Hoops. And THAT is a true story.

I was stood in the queue for Nemesis Inferno at Thorpe Park the weekend before last next to FDM (Michel Kuipers for the JCLs). He was with his kids and when I asked him if he minded if I took a pic of him with my daughter he looked to his son as if to say, "see, people do recognise me!"

Gordon Greer, Adam El Abd and Glenn Murray all came into the Royal Oak in Poynings for Sunday lunch a couple of years back. This was just after Murray had left. I made my wife swap seats with me so I didn't have to look at him. Splitter!

My mate works at Gatwick and told me the El-Abd & Barnes families went on holiday together this summer, which struck me as a bit random

A few years ago now, but we ran out of petrol outside one of the huge houses in Dyke Road one evening on our way to a reception.
Who should come out but Sammy Nelson with his two youngsters to check if we were ok.

He then dropped us down to the garage to get our petrol container filled up and drove us back up to the car.

What a gent! Utterly smashing bloke.

I have a story that's off topic as it's celebrity related not Albion unfortunatley, but it is funny so thought I'd share anyway.
I knew someone who woked up at Gatwick and whilst at work one day they saw Bruce Dickinson (leader singer of Iron Maiden and airline pilot) getting off a plane he'd just landed. My friend walked past and slightly in awe/shock said, "oh my god you're Bruce Dickinson". Bruce Dickinson didn't even break stride he just turned his head and said, "why don't you f*** off!"

None for years, as I moved away from Brighton 20 years ago.

In the past though:

Played Sunday league football with Maybank, Paul Flood and Sammy Nelson
Mark Ormerod was our lodger
Played squash with John Keeley, at Corals
Met Jimmy Case in Asda (in Chandlers Ford)
Paul Reid played for my cricket club

More recently I've been in Hove Tescos a THOUSAND times, in the hope of bumping into Calde. You get the impression on here that the chap basically LIVES in there, but NOTHING
