Aren't children brought up with a man and a woman usually? I don't think this is a good idea, it won't have a mother and that is a very important aspect of life.

In all likelihood Elton will have a fleet of nannies bought and paid for. In this instance it's hard not to feel happy for Elton and David, and with their wealth it's certain the kid will be well looked after.

I would have thought it should depend on personal circumstances in each case, rather than making absolute rules - but things don't work like that.
