Eye from the sky
Thanks for that I missed that as I was being abused so much (very NSC) I could try this route but what if the club say to the bank we have no proof of cancellation they will just come back to me again, I just want the club to view me as a loyal customer with plenty of spend ahead and judge me on that, I am interested to hear from someone to know if they really value me because that is key to my future relationship with the club.
You have previously said the club has a record of you calling a lad (you say to cancel your DD, but the club can't say why you called). The lad has left the club (the club will know why but won't tell you for confidentiality reasons), and you say you have a record of purchasing other seats in the ground this season with your family. Can't see why the club would come back to you again as it has to abide by the DD indemnity guarantee.
Would have thought your number one priority is to get your £300 back. After that, if the club wants to apologise to you it will and that would be a bonus. Just don't be like some people who would claim the DD payment back from the Bank ( who have to be reimbursed by the Club under the DD indemnity scheme), and also claim directly from the Club leaving it to be hit by a "double whammy". This would be the only reason that the Club could justifiably get back to you to if you reclaimed the £300 twice.
