The goals would come. 8 in 2 games. I should try and learn not to be such an impatient bastard.

The stage is yours tonight.

I am seriously excited about this season now. Quality additions still yet to play, and unlike last season where we didn't create enough chances, this year we have had more shots on goal than any other team. COME ON!

Thank you. Sticking with my prediction of 4th, and promotion.

We had a very tough first couple of games and still created a lot of chances in them so I can see why some had faith in us. With all the new additions, things are looking very promising indeed.

Impatience has been rampant on NSC these last few weeks. Not just about goals, but about signings. Hopefully, people will now get a grip.

I will try my best but I can't make any promises Lord.

I am getting the same feeling that I had the year we walked League One. Gus now has the players and the stadium to repeat the feat.

I have been 100% optimistic since the Hull game where the best team by some margin lost to a jammy goal totally against the run of play and just look where Hull are too.

Will we go up? Who knows but if you can't be optimistic now you might as well give up supporting us

Are U :fishing: Your glass should always be half full mate not half empty :drink:

of course i'm fishing :lolol:

The first two performances showed that we were creating the chances, it was only a matter of time before the floodgates opened. My glass is always half-full! (apart from when the teamsheet came out for west ham away )

Hither (sometimes Thither)
I was reading of Wenger talking about, and saying one had to accept, the modern age of immediately screamed emotions and that the age of thinking may have expired when it came to sporting reactions, this morning. It does seem as though we're bombarded with a different form of advertising nowadays less, or maybe just equal to and it's become a natural smorgasbord of our surroundings, the businesses looking for attention and catchphrases and profits, and more from the "general public" with a global and free internet dais on which we all think we know best and have the right to say so when we wish. We all forget, i suppose, that it's printed then for an eternity, or until some turd speaks naively of an unfinished court case and Bozza is jailed for his i-won't-behead-the-thoughtless-gossipers policy. I doubt many of us want to look back on what we've said or be much reminded of it. The past is often embarrassing and best left undiscussed. We're probably best off to give ourselves a moment before we press Post Quick Reply and let the blood unboil. Then we won't live our lives apologising for foolish words gushing out of us in a flash or flush. At least in real life we can pretend someone misheard. Here we have the option of blaming a hacker or alcohol for our idiocy. Or admitting we were dickheads. Dickheads we might all be, but it's best not to always be reminded of it with evidence of our uttered histories.
I'll probably think differently tomorrow, forgetting i ever said anything about this.
