Reminds me of The Pogues meets The Alarm, a bit.
I'd also recommend Sam Kelly & The Lost Boys - great live, though maybe a bit more folky but loads of energy on stage.

Seen them a couple of times at festivals - unfortunately the sound engineer spent ages getting the sound right for every individual drum, and then decided that as long as you could hear that along with the bass, that would be fine.............obviously thought the audience didn't need to hear weird things like mandolins and concertinas!
