actually started yet on the extra seats ?

I play Squash at Withdean Sports complex every Monday eve and make a point of sticking my head through the emergency exit which leads to the North Stand but not yet seen any sign of work starting behing the goal !!

Anyone know what's happening ??

They have to build a few other things first before the seats can go in. Like a new clubhouse for the athletics club and turnstiles. Then the seats can go in along with things like toilets etc.

Last saturday there was signs that they had started to do something. A JCB, building matierials etc could all be seen. Like Scarface said the first step is the new toilets etc so the seats will not be started for a fair few weeks yet.

I would hope the latter. Can you imagine 1000 Palace/Cardiff/Millwall fans walking down the front of the North Stand?

And before they can do that they have to finish building the new club house first. The foundations for that are going in now.
