Everyone has there loyalties to GP and rightly so as he has done a great job thus far however some individuals who think this is an absolute no have to think about who may come in to replace him should he leave. Do we really have the best man for the job and how can we answer that until someone else takes over. Personally I think he should be given some cash in the window and therefore a proper crack at trying to get into the play offs this will an improvement on last year. We are def not ready for the premier league that's for sure. My only criticism is his constant selection of certain individuals who I feel are stopping us progressing. CMS will come good GP just doesn't use him properly he is not able to do it up there on his own, this is so obvious that I cant actually believe nothing has been done about it BUT maybe we will see a new face or two in the window. Anyone remember who Reading bought in Jan last year, their season changed massively as a result of it.

He's probably taken us as far as he can with this set of players. Specifically the toothlessness of the forwards. As I said on Tuesday, Bristol City have scored more league goals than us. Just won't do.
