Chose to ignore it, but posted your usual bullshit rumours on NSC. Yeah, makes sense. Just warming up for your usual pre season routine?
Oscar will be here in August.

Well that's a kick in the teeth. Pluck him from obscurity and give him a chance to build a team here, and he ****s off after one season?
If you're one of the people who said last year 'its great that we've got a loyal manager now', you must feel like a right chump.
He doesn't come across as a person who would makes rash decisions i must say. That piece in the Guardian sounds very close to the truth if you ask me. Oscar has over the course of the season moaned about the budget. It doesn't look good, does it? However, we need to await what transpires in the next few days; has he been tapped up by another club? Is he disgruntled about something(s) within the club? Has this been festering for a while, or is it a spur-of-the-moment thing?
Combined with the performance, result, and the apparent spat between one of the coaches and Andrews that has been reported on here, May 11th 2014 will not go down as one of the greatest days in the club's history.
Is it too much to ask for a manager who actually WANTS to stay and build a team?
To lose one manager may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose two in two summers looks like carelessness, as another Oscar once said.
Two different managers - two very different characters - each wanting to leave - one season apart
We will never know the whole truth but the board has to ensure history does not repeat itself - again
I would suggest although last summer was damaging due the Gus-gate this has the potential for being worse when you consider that the vast majority of the squad is out of contract and a shake up is needed. Not sure any player is going to sign when dealing with Burke and no manager, head coach in situ. Needs to be sorted sooner rather than later.
So who goes - Burke or Garcia?
