Has it nearly been a year since construction at falmer started?

Apologies if these pics have already been seen but having been working with KSS Group recently on the day job (hotel development), it surprised me to learn they are also the design group behind the Falmer project.

What is depressing is that, if KSS is to believed, in the future it appears the vast majority of football fans will in fact be Sims -- which will do nothing for the atmosphere.

I've heard these Sims on my children's computer and I do not relish the prospect of the team finally running out at Falmer to the strains of Something-very-much-like-but-not-actually-Sussex-by-the-close-but-somehow-not-quite-right-Sea.
