Citeh look like they're happy to keep the ball and see out the game. Chelsea look content just to not concede any more goals and leave with a 3-0 beating. So stalemate.

However, the thing that strikes me is how Potter is not using this players in their best positions. Havertz is not a hold up lone striker, Gallagher is not a defensive CM or RWB, Mount is totally lost. And bringing on/ starting all these kids will just make his senior players even more unsettled.

Not surprising is it? he’s a player with 100 PL goals to his name and now has to play WB.
Have to agree, his injury the other day to me looked more like a player downing tools. He certainly didn't look that injured as he jogged off.

yeah, you have a point, but potter is under a lot of pressure, people on here, aren't
well yes he is under a lot of pressure right now, but as has been said over and over, he took the job with them on silly silly money so he would have know that pressure was part of the package. As for his last few months with us when he seemed to start with the odd little dig at fans was he honestly under that much pressure? He benefited from a load of goodwill and patience from fans and chairman.

Still I expect Pep will be full of praise for the job Potter’s doing as per usual at full time
Yup, always nice to patronise the little guy and give him a pat on the head when you've beaten him

(tho was highly amusing that time Potter dared to give it the half-arsed big one to Pep and was almost immediately forced to apologise :lolol:)

no ,i haven't, a precis perhaps.

i laughed as much as the next man at the 4-1 drubbing, but this is getting a little unhealthy
Just modern human nature.

Like everywhere else in society where there's thousands of people, there's a bunch of wifebeaters, bullies, child abusrers and other lowlife scum lurking here. Often they can contain themselves but when a golden opportunity to disrespect and abuse humans, like they do in normal life, occurs, they struggle to hide their true colours.

Seriously? I imagine loads of us on here are under pressure with the cost of living etc. Quite a few have had to give up their ST’s because It’s become financially unviable.
oh yeah, fiddling away on your laptop, christ

I actually kind of feel sorry for him. If I were a Chelsea fan, I’d be more pissed off at the players if they really were ignoring his instructions, if you are going to ignore the manager then this pathetic performance will happen.

Harsh perhaps to be judged on a game against City but this result leaves Chelsea going nowhere. League form is appalling. Out of both domestic cups. Will Potter be given the chance to have a go at getting the better of Borussia Dortmund over 2 legs or will they decide that one last shot at salvaging the campaign is better entrusted to someone else? You don't need to be a Roman Abramovich type character at this point to feel it's time for a change if you run a club of Chelsea's size. It's only because Boehly's staked so much on him that he has any chance of retaining the job beyond the end of the transfer window.
It's only half time.

They’ve been playing better since they started ignoring him as far as I can see.
