Anything can happen, but I'd be surprised if they announce a new manager before announcing GP has gone. Also, I think it's fairly unlikely they'd announce the two things at the same time. I would expect one announcement, and if they have someone lined up, at least a day before they announce the replacement.

no, it would be distateful, unprofessional and possibly legally damaging. its a shame it turned out this way, and i'd rather we let him leave quietly with out fuss now. making a guesture of announcing his replacement while he's officially in the job is crass. i expect BHA to be better and rise above that sort of thing.
