Arrived today. After the Norwich tickets with their free drink and pie voucher Villa envelope was disappointingly slim and tickets tiny.

Arrived a couple of days ago, they are smaller in size than the average paper ticket, cost cutting by Villa.

Nope - called today about moving seats and asked about them. They said a whole batch had been sent yesterday and mine was with that. I ordered them straight off the bat so weird ordering but relieved to know they're on their way...so to speak.
