DVDs aren't late, they've been ready since last week and will go out with season tickets next week. That way we save £3000 on postage (about a week/fortnight's wages for a decent loan player)
Also, it was never a three-part DVD! Was only ever two parts. Each year STHs will receive one in Dec/Jan and one in July/August. We'll obviously aim to get these to you asap, but sadly we dont have the resources of companies such as Comet - however we do try our best!
Kenhead: Regarding the original ST application, could it have been lost in the post? It appears the message either hasn't been passed on, the number written down incorrectly, or perhaps they've been trying to ring you and been unable to contact you.
